Placing best-fit candidates in agriculture roles is his passion.

Luke Brown, Director, Agri Labour Australia
Agri Labour Australia co-founder Luke is as passionate about the plight of our ex-servicemen and women as he is about Australian agriculture. Luke’s role in the business involves travelling around the country to meet with farmers, listening to their concerns and working with them to find solutions. As an advocate for rural producers, Luke believes in creating a dialogue between farmers, recruiters, ex-Defence candidates and policy-makers to address the current farm labour shortage.

Timothy Chapman, Program Manager, Agri Veterans
Tim is both Program Manager for Agri Veterans and Agri Labour Australia's Permanent Recruitment Partner. His background includes 9 years of service with the Australian Army and 5+ years' experience in the Recruitment Industry. This blend of experience has led Tim to develop a deep understanding of transitioning from military to civilian life, as well as the rewarding career opportunities that await ex-Defence Force members.

Peter Thatcher, Ambassador, Agri Veterans
With 37+ years' experience working in the Defence Force, Peter Thatcher manages the program armed with an in-depth knowledge of the Defence mindset and culture. He is also extremely familiar with the range of issues experienced by ex-Defence when they are discharged and settling back into civilian life. Peter's extensive network spans groups that support ex-Defence members in this transition.
